I visited a friend here. It’s a good place to live in Dubai, near most IT offices. The apartment was nicely maintained, and there’s a good kids’ play area at the back. A well-kept public park with water bodies is behind it too, with secure access from the apartment.

This is the best building and community I’ve stayed in in Dubai. EMAAR manages both, and everything is very clean and works like a Swiss watch. The building was built during EMAAR’s prime time in 2007, so the quality is top notch. Their newer developments are affected by “cut the cost” policies.
