The booking through MakeMyTrip gave a misleading impression of Royal Mark Hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were poorly kept and unhygienic, and what we found was completely unlike the listing photos. When I raised the problems, the staff were no help. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Dani singh recommended this place, and I had a wonderful stay. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

After paying for the room, I still found the staff, Rubh and irfan, arrogant and unwilling to help. It was the worst experience. I won't book here again, and I'd tell others to avoid this hotel too.

This place isn't worth the money. It was old, very dirty, and full of mosquitoes. The Indian staff member at reception was very bad, and they wanted more money without giving any bills. I complained to the municipality.

The internet was extremely poor, and the hotel itself wasn't good. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
