The rooms are modest but clean, and it's a convenient base for exploring the city. Al Karawan Hotel also has comfortable accommodation and friendly service.

I booked for a month, but they don't provide bed sheets, and the room only gets cleaned after 15 days. The fan doesn't work properly either. Customer service is very poor: the receptionist is rude and disrespectful and doesn't know how to speak to customers. Room service is pathetic, too. Whenever you call, the attendant is busy, and dealing with customers seems to make no sense to them.
