I spent some time here and was thrilled to call it my cozy residence apartment. The design is lovely, the furnishings are comfortable, and the windows let in plenty of natural light. What I especially loved were the quiet, peaceful surroundings and the beautiful landscape views. I enjoyed sipping coffee in the garden overlooking the pool in the middle of the apartments. It's on Al Qudra road, with Spinneys and Carrefour market conveniently nearby. There are restaurants and coffee shops downstairs too, so it's easy to grab a bite or a coffee. I had a wonderful stay.

My wife and I loved the apartment. It was beautiful, and I didn’t have any real issues that needed attention. Thanks to everyone who helped make our stay so nice. I loved being there 🫶🏼✌🏼👍🏼

I deliver food and groceries here, and the security team won’t let us park in the building’s parking area. That makes deliveries especially difficult when we’re carrying heavy things like three or four packs of water, since the available parking is far away. Management should think about how hard this is for riders. If having us enter the building is a problem, just don’t allow deliveries here, and let residents know not to order online.

The building is spacious and well cared for, and the AC works well in the apartments. The security guards are friendly, too. With the facilities around the building and the town square, it feels like a wonderful community.

The apartments and the area are nice, but the maintenance service is extremely poor. The team seems unprofessional, irresponsible, and lacking basic knowledge. They come across as beginners.
