Two Seasons Hotel & Apartments

The room had a good view over the stretch of Sheikh Zayed road, and despite being near the highway, the soundproofing kept car noise from becoming a problem. There are restaurants on the ground floor and a supermarket right beside the hotel. A good walk takes you to other nearby cafes and restaurants, so food and everyday needs weren’t an issue. Rony the supervisor was great. Even as we were checking out, he asked what we needed and made sure we were looked after. margarette the room attendant was welcoming, very nice and greeted everyone with a warm smile.

The room had an amazing view, and the location was convenient. It was comfortable and clean, and the whole place felt relaxing. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We had a great staycation in Dubai at Two Seasons Hotel & Apartments. Highly recommended!

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had, and I won’t be back or recommend it. The service was poor and the facilities felt outdated, making the whole experience frustrating from beginning to end. Getting checked in took an extremely long time because the lobby was overcrowded and poorly organized. The reception area was packed, noisy and uncomfortable. The elevators were incredibly slow, so we spent a lot of time waiting to reach our room. Parking was another major problem, with very limited or no spaces available. The room and common areas didn’t feel properly maintained, and the cleanliness was far below expectations. The furniture was old, worn out and in poor condition.

Room 3632 was spotless, well maintained and comfortable throughout my stay. The housekeeping team did a great job, and the hotel had a good feel, a great location and high cleanliness standards. Sohel from the Front Office was especially welcoming and professional. Nikki from Reception was very helpful too. I had a fantastic stay at Two Seasons Hotel & Apartments, and would highly recommend it for a reliable, pleasant stay.
