Her team is polished, attentive, and consistently professional, and the service feels seamless and natural rather than rehearsed. I spent a week here on business, and it was a delight from beginning to end. I haven’t felt this at home in a hotel for a long time. The luxury felt effortless and the service was warm and intuitive. Every detail seemed considered, and they anticipated what I needed without intruding. It’s an outstanding property that sets a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

The pool area has thoughtful extras like complimentary water, mocktails, and lollipops, which make it even more enjoyable. For a particularly good lounge experience, I highly recommend booking an executive room. The Executive Lounge is one of the best I’ve experienced, with different areas for different tastes and excellent food and refreshments throughout the day. Grosvenor House remains my go-to hotel in Dubai, and it never disappoints. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, the service is consistently exceptional, and there’s an outstanding choice of restaurants. It’s a fantastic hotel that keeps setting the standard for hospitality in Dubai. Highly recommended.

At check-in the staff were helpful, offering non-alcoholic drinks and explaining the room features. The housekeeping team brought our luggage up as well. The service and hospitality were excellent. One part of the stay did disappoint me, though. We had two separate bookings and thought both deposits were taken care of at check-in. Then, at 8pm in the middle of our stay, a woman from front house called our room, sounding pushy and rushed as she demanded we secure the deposit for the second booking. She asked us to go to the front desk before midnight. That may be standard protocol, but I’d have appreciated a more professional and friendly tone. This could have been handled better. The room and housekeeping attention to detail were top notch. As a frequent traveller, I haven’t slept this well in ages. The pillow choice, bedding, and turndown service all made a huge difference. Housekeeping kept the room tidy and even took care of small things, like tidying up phone cables. The hotel has some history, which you can see in the room design and floor-to-ceiling height, but it’s very well kept and maintained. The room also has Smart Control features, and the AC is new, so it doesn’t feel like staying in an old hotel that needs to be refurbished.
