Loved my stay at Burj Royale. The apartment was modern and clean, with amazing views, and the pool and gym were great. It’s in a perfect Downtown location, very close to Burj Khalifa. Super comfortable, and I’d definitely come back.

The location is really convenient, with the Old Town, Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, and Theater all nearby. This is one of the most amazing buildings in Downtown Dubai, with a direct view of Burj Kalifa. You need a fountain-view unit to get that breathtaking outlook. The security is very tight, which we prefer.

We had a delightful stay in this spacious, clean, well-maintained two-bedroom Airbnb apartment. Both bedrooms were cozy and had plenty of storage. Large windows made the living area bright and airy, with a spectacular view of Burj Khalifa. Watching the light shows at night from the apartment was unforgettable. The kitchen had modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals, and the location made it easy to get to attractions, restaurants, and shopping at Dubai Mall. The host was attentive and made sure everything was in order. Check-in and checkout were smooth, too. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai for the comfort, location, and unbeatable view.

The apartments are well maintained and have a Burj Khalifa view. Emaar luxury apartments in one of the best Downtown Dubai locations, and a great place to stay.
