A nice place to live. There’s no traffic issue, and the security team and other staff are caring and cooperative. Thanks.

Getting here by car is extremely inconvenient. There’s no visitor parking in the building or nearby, and the closest lot is 2 kilometers away. For a modern building, that lack of parking for visitors is unacceptable and leaves a bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend coming here by car.

I’ve lived in MADA for 4 years now and have never had a problem with my apartment. When I raised issues with the facilities, they were supportive and helped resolve them. My landlord is very good, so maintenance hasn’t been a problem either. I love the location and how accessible it is. Prices are affordable compared with other buildings downtown, and I’m planning to buy a property here.

The security guard named fatal is rude and unprofessional.

The security staff behave really badly. Someone needs to teach them some sense.
