The park areas are lovely, with lakes, walking trails, and even a skate park, and residents also have a pool, gym, and covered parking. Bellavista Carson feels like a hidden gem in DAMAC Hills. The tower is modern, clean, and nicely designed, with spacious layouts and lots of daylight through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Views over the golf course and greenery are breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The community feels peaceful and secure, the neighbors are friendly, and major Dubai landmarks are easy to reach.

At Damac hills Carson C, I had a very unpleasant experience with the security supervisor. I’m an official tenant with all my documents, but after I lost my keys, security left me waiting in the corridor until 5 in the morning for someone to open the door. When the supervisor finally came, he said he couldn’t do anything. Why keep me waiting until 6, then? He was rude, but when the police arrived his manner changed immediately, and he opened my apartment door. It felt like he’d lied about being unable to help. The service is terrible, there’s too much trouble with the security supervisor, and even cleaners aren’t allowed into appointments. I don’t want to live in this building anymore.
