We planned one night at The Five, then added another because the staff were so warm and friendly. Our room was very clean, and room service was quick. The team at Trattoria made our son’s birthday special with a cake and a song. Thanks to Trattoria cinque staff Popo, Amar, Tejas, Mahfooz, chef Andrea, and Roshana for great service, and to Keith at the front desk lobby for being helpful and sharing all the information. The hotel deserves a 10/10, every part of it was spectacular. Valet parking seemed a bit overwhelmed over the weekend, so allowing self parking might ease the pressure. We looove the FIVE and will definitely come back!

The valet service was very slow and needs improvement. The rest of our experience was amazing, with great service from everyone. We had a fast, smooth check-in and a surprise birthday cake sent to our room. Farid and Akbar did a great job with housekeeping. Before checkout, saikiran and vicky checked that everything had been as expected, which I really appreciated. They were lovely and gave us a late checkout.

The massage relieved so much tension that I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. My neck and back treatment was excellent, and the therapist had a great touch and was very skilled. Reisa, the manager, was welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which made the visit even nicer. My friend was very happy with her foot massage too. We had a fantastic spa experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for professional, relaxing treatment.

Sawira from housekeeping deserves a special thank you. She was friendly and kind, paid close attention to detail, and kept the room clean and comfortable. Her hard work and positive attitude made my stay even better. I had a wonderful time at Five Jumeirah Hotel. The atmosphere, facilities, and service were excellent, and the whole team was welcoming and professional. I highly recommend the hotel and look forward to visiting again.
