The staff made this hostel stay excellent, especially Mina Polo. He was by far the most helpful and dedicated person I met on my trip. He went beyond pointing me in the right direction: he planned out a day trip, translated local menus, and patiently helped me sort out a small travel problem. His care and commitment made the stay smooth and memorable. Mina’s warm energy and professionalism were the cherry on top. I stayed at [Robin beach jbr], and it was a phenomenal experience. The communal areas were vibrant, the beds comfortable, and the location great for getting around and exploring the city. It felt like a home away from home, with a nice atmosphere for meeting other travelers. I’d happily recommend the hostel. Book it, you won’t regret it!

Staff were kind and ready to help, and the place had a cozy, relaxed feel. I had an excellent stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai 🌴✨

Fady and Paolo were especially good hosts, and Robin's management made everything feel safe and well handled. The place was super clean, with no dirt or bad smells, and looked just like the photos. I felt at home and loved my stay. Worth it 👍🏽😊
