There are cafes all around, a Spinneys supermarket just a minute away, and the metro is a four-minute walk. The building is well maintained, with a lake view, gym, and renovated pool. One of the best buildings in JLT. I also love the apartments, they’re really spacious, unlike the way they build them these days.

After my contract ended, the landlord refused to return my 2000AED deposit, even though I left the apartment in very good condition. The owner is a local woman who seemed nice at first, but she kept my security deposit and never gave it back. If you're looking to rent in this building, be careful about apartment 308. I would avoid renting it.

I lived here for a month. After moving out, I noticed a bad smell in the building corridor. I had been thinking of renting for a year, but this is really putting me off.
