Free parking was a real plus in Dubai, especially for guests traveling by car, and the Barsha Heights location made it easy to reach nearby attractions and business areas. The staff were generally welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was particularly good, with plenty of choices for different tastes, good food, and attentive morning service. The rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms need attention. The toilets could use better maintenance, and more accessories would help with comfort and function. Improved fixtures and amenities, along with closer attention to cleanliness, would make a noticeable difference. With some bathroom upgrades and better upkeep, Ramada by Wyndham Barsha Heights could offer an even better stay. It’s a good option if you value convenience, filling breakfasts, and free parking.

The water pressure in my room was the only issue, and it got resolved. The service was very good for the price, with a high level of customer care. Mr Sahil at receiption remembered me as a returning guest and made check-in smooth and streamlined. I was also having trouble with my Iphone, and he helped me sort out the tech issues effortlessly. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was fresh and tasty, and everyone I met, from security through management, was respectful and professional. I especially appreciated the front office team. Bawna was so friendly and always smiling, and Mr. Osama Mansour, the Front Office Assistant Manager, made me feel at home with his kindness and professionalism. He even made my stay unforgettable. I spent a full month at Ramada Wyndham barsha heights. My room was clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed. Requests were handled within seconds. When I was unwell, they even let me have breakfast in my room, which meant a lot. Kumar and Mohamed Nour Allam from housekeeping were quick, polite, and kept things clean. At the restaurant, Mr. Mohy was classy and respectful, and Thin Susu was kind and welcoming. I already miss everyone and will definitely return.

Duminda kept my room spotless and comfortable each day, with everything arranged beautifully. I also found the reception team professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and they were always ready to help, which made things easy throughout my visit.
