Al Fattan - Sea View - Luxury JBR - Free Beach Resorts Access!

Everything was perfect during our wonderful 5 days in the best location, JBR, in front of Rixos. The manager's support and the check-in and checkout process were smooth. The apartment had all the necessary items, including soap, washing car soap, and adapters. There were no disadvantages, and I hope to return soon.

The mold problem is serious and keeps returning quickly. Humidity in building never goes below 80%, and even cleaning the a/c duct doesn't help. Full renovation have been done in this apartment 1 year and half ago, yet everything has already started to become covered in mold. This is a health risk, while management has been slow or completely unresponsive despite repeated complaints. Guest drop-off and pick-up are also chaotic, making arrivals and departures unnecessarily difficult. The poor service, lack of response, and unhealthy conditions are far below what I'd expect in JBR. I would not recommend Al Fattan Marine Tower to anyone wanting a comfortable, well-managed place in Dubai.

The apartment was unsafe and in a disgraceful condition, with mould, a broken bathtub, and a curtain rail that fell onto my baby. Qstay's customer service was completely useless, and the advertised photos were misleading about the actual state of the place. Booking.com was no help either. The whole stay was stressful, infuriating, and dangerous. It felt like they cared about taking my money, not my safety or comfort. I will never use Qstay or Booking.com again.

It was a FABULOUS experience, definitely worth trying and crossing off your bucket list.
