The building feels peaceful and uncrowded, so the lifts, gym, and pools are usually available. It also has a large open area, two children’s parks, and friendly, attentive security with cameras throughout. Two-bedroom units are under AED 2M at the moment, with rent around AED 140K. Getting around is easy: the tram stops outside, and the metro, water taxi, beach, Marina Mall, promenade, and two Millennium Hotels are close by. There are cafes and co-working spaces nearby too. The building is well maintained, with two pools, a jacuzzi, sauna, a heated pool terrace, a barbecue area, and a kids’ play zone. A fantastic place to live in any season.

The open space here was a big draw for me. The gym, pool, and other facilities also tend to be less crowded.

The location is a real plus: the tram is right there, and the metro, garden, and boardwalk are about a minute away. There’s a supermarket and public bike stand nearby, and Dubai Marina has around 200 restaurants and beaches. The views are great, and the building is part of Dubai Marina, with Russian, Ukrainian, and Western expatriates. For tenants, it offers a high-quality finish, fast luxury lifts, and 24/7 security. Amenities include a large pool, rooftop pool, children’s pool and play area, barbecue area, and table tennis. There’s access-card entry and CCTV in the lobby and on every floor.
