Al Ain Rotana Hotel

Min Zaman restaurant is one of my favorite parts of staying here. The Lebanese food is flavorful and genuinely authentic, while breakfast offers impressive variety and quality every time. I’ve been coming to Rotana Al Ain almost weekly for the past four years, and it remains my favorite hotel even though I travel often and stay in many different places. The large pool is beautifully maintained, and the cleanliness, housekeeping, and general care are always obvious. What makes the hotel special is that it combines a luxury, true 5-star experience with a warm family feeling. It never feels distant or impersonal. Mr. Ayman, Leul, and the whole reception team are professional, kind, and consistently supportive. They always make me feel welcome and valued. I really love this place and even think of it as my second home, which is why I keep returning week after week.

The room and all the amenities were clean and very nice, and the staff kept being helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the food, especially breakfast, and appreciate everyone who assisted us there. At the pool, Mr. Christiano (lifeguard) helped us with what we needed, along with the other staff members. Check-in was especially pleasant because everyone was so accommodating. Ms. Mirasol was very kind and offered a free cake for my son’s birthday, and ms. Betty was helpful too. Thank you for the warm welcome. We definitely enjoyed staying here, and I’ll choose Rotana al ain again.

Ramen made my time at the pool bar especially enjoyable. He was calm, polite, and professional, and he paid attention to what I needed without becoming intrusive. Requests were handled quickly, always with a warm smile. His service was exactly what I would expect from a 5★ hotel. Staff like Ramen make a noticeable difference to the guest experience. The people across the hotel showed a lot of genuine care, which made the stay memorable. At Zest Restaurant, Lady⭐ escorted us to the buffet, explained the different sections, and helped us settle somewhere comfortable. Prashant⭐ also checked on guests regularly despite being busy, including us. Suman⭐ from Concierge helped us several times, while Ramen⭐ looked after us during our time at the Pool Bar. Our pool-facing room was comfortable, attractive, and equipped with what we needed. At Bodylines, Gul Bas⭐ gave us a clear tour and offered more help. Manpreet⭐ was attentive whenever we visited the lounge and restaurant. Mirasol⭐ gave us a warm welcome at reception, managed check-in smoothly, explained the facilities, and wished us a pleasant stay. The hospitality and professionalism from the whole team made a strong impression. We will visit Al Ain Rotana again, and it has my full recommendation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
