The flat is beautifully designed, well furnished, and secure, with two rooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. The building also has about 6 lifts, two swimming pools including a small children's pool, a gym, and a library. Its downtown location in the opera district gives you breathtaking views of Burj Khalifa, the surrounding skyscrapers, and the Mohammad bin Rashid boulevard. Taking the Airbnb and completing the contract was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

The biggest problem was how little concern management showed. There was no apology, even after repeated issues, and I never felt that resident satisfaction was a priority. The apartment was unclean on arrival, and although someone was sent after we complained, the water remained orange and made us question whether it was safe. Electricity also cut out every five hours. Support kept promising help, but it often took as many as three calls before anyone arrived. Parking was another problem, since security refused to help when we asked about an additional space. I had expected a fun weekend, but this became my worst experience. I would not recommend this apartment.

A nice building with a good view, and it seems suitable for living. We did curtains here.

The apartment was in Act One T1 Tower, on the 13th floor in unit 1304, booked through Airbnb. Dust and dirt were everywhere, and I ended up with allergies and hay fever. The fridge and kitchen also had a dirty smell, and the furnishings and items all seemed used and unclean. When we asked him to replace the blankets and clean the place, he refused.
