Al Massa Hotel Apartments-1

We stayed there May 27 to 28 2026 and really enjoyed it. The KABAYAN staff were cheerful, polite, and very accommodating, and the amenities were good for the affordable price. I honestly hadn’t expected the hotel to be this great. Fantastic!!! 👍👍

The booking was handled poorly from the start. Reception made several mistakes, assigned us the wrong room, and then asked us to move late at night, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Even entering the room became difficult because the door would not open easily. The access card was practically useless, and each attempt made me feel as if I might break it just to get inside. There was no water in the room, despite that being a basic hotel standard, and there was no daily cleaning service. The room remained unchanged for our entire stay. The overall service was poor, and I won’t return or recommend this place.

A nice place to visit. Please visit our newest spa in Alain for a body massage.

I selected 2 nights in the App, paid the calculated price, received confirmation, and checked into the hotel. Then, on my second day, I was told that the price had been wrong and that the booking was for only 1 night, so I needed to pay again. Changing my booking from 2 nights to 1 night to correct a mistake involving you and booking.com was extremely unprofessional customer service. This should have been explained before I checked in. After what was one of the worst experiences of my life, I can’t trust this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it.
