Relaxing and Gorgeous Studio in Miraclz by Danube

The walls are so thin that even a normal conversation in your usual voice can bring a noise complaint, followed by security knocking on your door. That’s ironic, considering how they handle actual problems. When you call reception about maintenance, they rarely show up, whether it’s a water leak, AC issue, or even a GAS LEAK. They do less than the bare minimum. No effort, understanding, urgency, or safety. It’s disappointing, and the worst building I’ve stayed in. They deserve ZERO stars.

This may show up as a hotel on digital maps, but it’s a private residential apartment building with a small number of short-term rentals.

The area is great, with almost everything close by, and the building is clean, quiet, and well maintained. It has all the amenities you need and works perfectly for families.

I’ve been a tenant here for four years, and I agree with the earlier reviews. There’s noise from Motor city, no privacy because I can hear my neighbors, and the apartment finishing is poor. Security ignores complaints and very rarely answers your watsup. I’ll move when my contract ends.
