Al Massa Plus Hotel

The location is probably the biggest advantage, especially if you’re attending events, since Al Massa Hotel Plus is close to the ADNEC Center Al Ain and Jimi mall. The room was also spacious, and I got a good deal through Agoda during my 5-night stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance were inconsistent. I found hair on the floor on the first day, and some even stuck to the supplied slippers. On the second day, I returned to a flooded room caused by a leak in the bathroom ceiling. I was moved to another room of the same type, which I appreciated, but the disruption was inconvenient. Towels were missing on the first day in the new room and again the following day, so I had to call reception whenever I needed them. The TV was loose from its wall bracket, had limited channels, and poor resolution. Weak air conditioning also reduced the comfort, particularly in warmer periods. Housekeeping isn’t automatic, so guests have to contact reception or put up a sign for daily cleaning. The Filipina receptionist was kind and very helpful throughout the problems, which made them easier to deal with. It’s a decent stay mainly because of the room size and location, but better cleanliness, maintenance, and service consistency would improve it considerably.
