The peaceful atmosphere at Asfar Resort makes it a wonderful break from our usual busy routine. Our family visits almost every month, normally for two nights, and the experience is consistently relaxing. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and ready for us, so settling in feels easy. The staff are a big part of why we keep returning. They are kind, professional, and quick to help. Rozer deserves special thanks for always going beyond what is expected, with his friendly manner and careful attention to detail. Asfar Resort has become a genuine family tradition for us, and we look forward to making more memories there. Highly recommended.

The area around Asfar Hotel is excellent for the tennis lessons we attend. The surroundings are great, and the staff have been welcoming and very accommodating. Highly recommended.

We had previously stayed at a much cheaper hotel in Al Ain, and literally everything there was better. This hotel is expensive for what it provides. Although the room is large, it looks old, and the swimming pool heater is currently broken. Some rooms have windows facing a wall, so they feel almost like basement rooms. Nights were extremely loud because of the very noisy AirCon and repeated, very loud false fire alarms. Most of the staff were friendly, but one receptionist was rude, never said hello or smiled, and only shrugged when asked for help. Not a good hotel.

The bathtub had both a dent and a crack, and the remote for one of the TVs wasn't working.

Everything was perfect, especially because of the bellman shahidakbar. He is very respectful and a good person, and this rating is mainly because of him.
