Alya Bawadi hotel worked very well for our family during a staycation of more than a week. The connected rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and there were lots of pillows. Being attached to the mall was extremely convenient, especially for the children's activities such as ice skating. Our full-board meals were a highlight. The choices were varied, changed each day, and suited our extended stay. Drinking water was always available in the rooms and with meals at no extra charge. Hasan in the dining lounge was professional and attentive, and everyone we met was polite and helpful. The gym was great, and we also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, although they are separate for men and women. The pool was nice, but it and the gym didn't open until 3pm because of Ramadan timing, which made them harder for our North American family to use. The spa massage was amazing, and guests received a discount. We had a great time in Al Ain and were very happy with the hotel.

Ms Mariam Al Nuaimi, the Guest Relation Officer, was especially supportive and had a very nice attitude. The lobby was clean and pleasant, and the general facilities were fine. Parking was the main problem. Guests have to park their own cars and walk to the hotel, which might be acceptable in winter but is very uncomfortable under the summer sun. The room was poor for the price too. The curtain was broken, and a sticker on the window blocked the view. Avoid room 227.

There are plenty of good things here, including the huge entrance lobby, access to the Mall, and the unusual corridor design. The bathrooms are laid out very well, and the rooms have firm mattresses and solid pillows. Parking was plentiful, the Air Con worked well, and the fresh towels were massive. The elevators were always available, room service was speedy, and there are many other nice touches throughout the hotel.

The location is good, and the service to the rooms was good too. The receptionists were amazing and helpful, including helping us check in before the check-in time. We really liked the hotel and will always come back.

Amir made my stay much better through his warm and attentive service. He was professional, friendly, and handled my questions promptly while making sure my needs were met. I sincerely appreciate the help he gave me at reception. His dedication and support were noticeable, and I am grateful for the excellent assistance.
