Hotel City Tower Fujairah

The central location of City Tower Hotel Fujairah made getting to malls, restaurants, and other city attractions easy. I found the rooms spacious, clean, and properly maintained, and the higher floors had pleasant mountain and city views. Staff were generally friendly, polite, and helpful. With dependable amenities, a relaxed feel, and good value, it worked well for either a short leisure visit or a business trip.

The price is reasonable, and the hotel is conveniently close to a shopping mall, theatre’s, and restaurants, so I felt it was mostly worth the money. My room was clean, but the centrally controlled AC kept changing from high to low without me controlling it. The open washbasin drain in the bathroom also looked dirty and unpleasant, and I noticed this during two stays. I’ve been staying in Fujairah more often, so these are the details I think viewers should know when choosing a hotel. Even with those issues, the stay was good value overall.

The service was poor from the beginning. My first room had not been cleaned or prepared, so I had to move. After I asked for an ashtray and laundry service, nobody came for over an hour despite several calls. The laundry staff said one day, while reception said two, which showed how inconsistent the communication was. My room phone also remained unrepaired, making it hard to contact reception or other services. When a delivery arrived, the hotel would not let the driver bring it upstairs and would not send anyone to help, so I had to go down myself. This was unprofessional and unacceptable, and I can't recommend staying here unless customer service improves seriously.

The room felt especially comfortable, with plenty of space, a spotless finish, attractive furnishings, a good bed, and a seating area. I also liked the luxurious bathroom and its premium toiletries. Staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. The gym and restaurant were both top-notch, while the overall atmosphere stayed elegant, calm, and inviting. The careful service and attention to detail really impressed me.
