Silkhaus Binghatti Onyx

The management is professional, and the building is kept clean and secure. There’s a luxury feel in the lobby and plenty of covered parking for residents and visitors. Amenities include a pool, gym, kids' play area, and retail outlets in the building. Binghatti Onyx stands out for its modern look and distinctive architecture. The apartments are bright and thoughtfully laid out, with high-quality finishes. Some also have private pools. A lovely place to live or invest, with comfort, style, and convenience under one roof.

For comfort, Binghatti is the answer. Trust me, its properties have some of Dubai’s most beautiful and luxurious buildings, with interiors and exteriors that both look very luxurious.

The washroom finishes could be improved. They didn’t feel up to the same standard as the rest of the apartment, though it didn’t spoil my stay too much. I had a great time in a spacious, modern two-bedroom apartment at Binghatti Onyx. The layout and amenities made it easy to relax, and the apartment was comfortable and well-equipped. The location works well for a vacation, and the pool area was a highlight, with an amazing view that made each swim feel like a luxury escape. I’d recommend visiting for a stylish, relaxing stay in Dubai.

The building has a good design, but the management is really horrible. Nobody seems to care, and the security does nothing while people can enter the building at random. Whenever you go to management for help, they just say, “send a mail.” We bought a flat here and have had noise from the upstairs flat’s pump. We sent several emails, and they came by and confirmed the noise was from upstairs, but there’s been no action for more than 3 months. I complained twice to DLD, and nothing changed. There’s also a smell from the small toilet. Management asked me to pay for drain cleaning even though it wasn’t my fault.
