I lost my son's electric scooter even though we had parked it in the authorised parking, and nobody could help us find it. The whole situation came down to the security management. They hired a security supervisor who couldn't assist at all and apparently didn't even know where his own office was. I'm extremely disappointed.

Property Owner Since May 2025 This is a very good community, although it’s about 30 minutes from the main city, so I’d only purchase or rent here if I had a car. There are 4-5 buildings and townhouses, with Carrefour, saudi-German hospital, a police station, and several restaurants within the community. It also has its own beach, an attached lazy river, boating, and grounds for cricket, football, and tennis. Barbeque areas are available too. The food choices are limited, especially for vegetarians, with hardly 2-3 options. Also, after purchasing a property, expect a delay of a week or 2 weeks, even once the payment and documentation are complete.

A nice building with good amenities. There are several restaurants, a barber shop, multiple pharmacies, and a grocery store all within 100 m.

It’s a quiet, clean community with plenty of things to do. The main drawback is that it’s too far from the heart of Dubai.
