Sadaf Delmon Hotel

Sleeping was extremely difficult because of the nightclub, with beats coming from everywhere. Soundproofing was poor on some floors too, and I could hear people in the next room as if they were staying with me. In my first room, the window seemed broken and stuck open, which I confirmed while looking from outside. A temporary board covered the opening, so there was no sound insulation and it felt like sleeping in the street. The rooms I stayed in were all smoking rooms, even though I booked and later requested non-smoking rooms. Cockroaches and insects were present in every room, though some rooms had fewer. There was no gym, and the pool was closed for maintenance. I had to make several maintenance requests for a broken fridge, remote control, bath valve that would not close, and power outages. The electricity went out three times during 5 nights because the smart key had been set for the wrong period. The alarm also went off from time to time, with no announcement saying whether it was real or a drill. Services need major improvement.
