The top floors were quiet, and the view was wonderful. It’s also easy to get around from this location, and having a 24x7 store on the ground floor is really convenient.

The lifts are often out of service, and the garage ceiling that collapsed after heavy rains in 2022 still hasn’t been fixed, even after three years. I lived in this building for two years, though, and the location is unbeatable: right across from the Marina and in front of the beach. Dorra Bay also has restaurants, supermarkets, kids’ play areas, a green field with real grass, and a basketball court. The maintenance team is good and the staff are very kind.

The security staff have a very bad attitude and treat residents badly. When you have guests over, they make you feel embarrassed. The night security staff should all be changed. Even when we show them respect, they act like bosses and get worse. A really bad experience for Dubai Marina.

The balcony has the best view, and the house is clean and spacious. It’s in an amazingly convenient location.

Guests, please be careful. The reception security in this building behave very badly and don’t know how to talk to people. This warning is especially for delivery riders.
