2 Bedroom Apartment- Azizi Plaza

The drain pipe from the apartment above is leaking into ours, and water keeps dripping down. Mold has formed and is a health concern, especially with our baby at home. It is now starting to fall apart. We reported the issue in the second week of August and have tried every channel, from the VCM community to techtiq mantnance, but nothing has been done. It looks like management can't get the people upstairs to fix the leak. I'm really disappointed with the repair service at Azizi Plaza.

I've lived in this apartment for six months, and I'd recommend it for renting. It has wheelchair accessible parking and entrance, accessible restrooms, a luggage room, an in-house store, a pool and gym, and shopping carts in the lobby. Management responds, corridors are well lit, weekly cleaning is provided, and the building is relatively tidy. The apartments are semifinished and non furnished. The material quality is average, and there are no power outlets in the bathrooms. The fire alarm can be disruptive, though I can't blame the building for tenants setting it off. Ground floor parking smells near the garbage room, which seems common in Dubai.

Looks good. They have a new customer service team now, and that's good.

I arranged to view apartment 505, and the studio was filthy. There was a strong smell of dog urine, insects around the closet and kitchen, and clothes, shoes, and pots were scattered around. Showing it like that was disrespectful of people's time. It badly needs cleaning and cockroach and insect removal. The garbage smell at the entrance is the worst part.
