Al Raein Hotel Apartments

I was only there for two nights, so I put up with it instead of complaining, but I wouldn't recommend this place. Two nights later I moved to a much better, more modern hotel around the corner, and it cost much less too. There were noisy men and kids hanging around outside our room all day. I'd requested two single beds but got two queen beds. The second one felt like torture, with springs digging into my back. The shower was tiny, didn't face you properly, and drained so badly that water pooled around the toilet. I killed almost four roaches in two days. There was a half-drunk Pepsi by the bed and chewing gum stuck to the phone. The room smelled extremely dusty, sometimes so bad we covered ourselves completely with the blanket. Absolutely horrendous.

Really disgusting experience. We booked online through Agoda and paid after seeing the filtered pictures, but when we arrived, we stepped in dog poop. It seemed like a lodge in a slum, with foul smells, poor maintenance, and insects everywhere. There were hidden charges too. Don't trust the online booking.

I paid 520 derham for two nights, and got zero service and zero cleanliness. The TV and internet didn't work either. I went on the first night and no one gave me my money or anything. I've never seen a hotel like this anywhere in the world. I already complained and also called baladya. I don't know how baladya can see all this and take no action against the hotel. I have lots of pictures and videos.

Everything is close by, and the room was clean. The staff were really friendly, especially irshad Rashid and the reception staff. Regards.
