Reception staff regularly ignore residents and stay on their phones instead of helping. usman ahmed has also been consistently rude and unprofessional, which is unacceptable. For the amount of money paid, it’s very disappointing to get such poor service from Ellington. Management and service standards are far below expectations and urgently need improvement.

I’ve also had to ask several times to get the paint next to my door fixed, and had to do my fingerprints four times. Usman is rude and unprofessional, and reception staff are often on their phones playing instead of helping residents. It’s disappointing to get this level of service from Ellington, especially given the amount we pay. Overall, the management and service fall far short of expectations.

With its spacious apartments, amenities, and convenient location, it’s a good option for individuals and families who want modern, comfortable living in Dubai.

Ellington doesn't seem to care about residents' emails. They get hundreds of complaints and send the same standard reply to everyone. The building feels poorly built, with maintenance and repair work happening 30-35% of the time. Now the pool, which is only 1.5 years old, needs to be redone. That means no pool days, and residents facing it will hear construction for 2-3 months. Stay away if you want to save your sanity.
