The only real advantage is the location, near the metro and tram stations. Living here was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I spoke with other residents and they had the same problems. There's also a terrible stench in the corridors, frequent noise from broken sirens, and plenty more issues I haven't listed because it would take too long. It isn't worth your nerves or your money. I lived in this apartment for a year only because I couldn't end the contract. The tower is infested with cockroaches. It doesn't matter how clean your apartment is, they'll still be there, and pest control doesn't solve it. They come back within a week or less, even in closed places like the fridge, no matter how much you spend on things to get rid of them. The building security is another disappointment. The guards are rude and refuse to help. They seem to leave the security desk around 11 p.m. If you return later without the special card to open the building door, all you can do is wait for someone with a card or someone on the other side to let you in. They leave a phone number in case of problems, but don't necessarily answer, and they turn off calls. The building is old and hasn't been renovated, so pipes sometimes break and you end up paying for it. The water is dirty too. Even after waiting ten minutes for it to drain, it can suddenly start pouring on you again. You can ask for a repair, but nobody will fix it unless you pay. Traffic is loud every day, so there's never silence, though someone used to it might be fine with that. The cleaners don't clean the corridor at the specified time, but that's minor compared with the other issues. There is also fungus in the bathroom and kitchen furniture.

It’s a family-friendly, safe building with a good environment and decent facilities, though the gym could be better. The location is outstanding, one of the best in Dubai Marina, and it’s great value for what you get. The building is right next to the metro and tram, a five-minute walk from Dubai Marina mall, steps from Marina Walk, and within walking distance of JBR beach. If you're driving, you can avoid Marina traffic during rush hour. Recommended.

It was an awful experience. The building is really old, and things often break or stop working, so you end up paying when something goes wrong. There were too many cockroaches, even after pest control. Living in the apartment was a nightmare. The only upside is the noise reduction.

Think twice before renting here. The facility management company is bad. They keep introducing new rules every week, and fine tenants for violations. BBQ is banned, the sauna doesn't work, and they interfere in everything, including what you put on your balcony and whether guests stay overnight.
