The room was spacious, and the staff were lovely and courteous. Irene at reception handled things calmly and professionally, even when I was upset after waiting over an hour to check in. I appreciated her attitude, and the maintenance team also made a real effort to sort out the apartment issues. There were several problems, though. The washing machine showed an “E:21” error for our whole 72-hour stay. Maintenance tried twice but couldn't fix it, and there was no replacement. The living room TV was out for about 18 hours. It was replaced the first night but wasn't fully set up until the next day, so our family couldn't use it in between. The balcony door wouldn't close properly, letting in noise and warm air and making it uncomfortable to sit in the living room, though they fixed it the following day. We also had no towels in the pool and sauna area on our first day, and the kitchen fridge rattled because its stand seemed unbalanced.

Aisha made a real difference to our stay. She was warm, attentive, professional, and clearly eager to help, with great attention to detail. She deserves recognition for her service and is a real asset to the hotel. The location and views are lovely, the rooms were comfortable, and the atmosphere was wonderful. My experience with Su, however, was disappointing. The service felt below expectations, with poor communication and a lack of professionalism. Guest relations could use improvement. Even so, I'd gladly come back for the location, the views, and Aisha's remarkable service.

Mukesh and Ganga from room service were always helpful. The location is handy for getting to both the metro and the highway, and there's plenty of parking. The rooms have lots of space to move around, and the view is good. The gym and pool also have a good amount of facilities.

Binu rai was so helpful and attentive, always checking that things were taken care of with a smile. His friendly service made the stay memorable. The hotel itself felt modern, clean, and welcoming. My room was comfortable and well maintained, and worked well for both relaxing and getting work done. Great hospitality, location, and people. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.
