Adagio Premium The Palm

The apartments are really spacious and have everything you need, from a washing machine and kitchen utensils to a refrigerator and other conveniences. Bring your clothes and you're set for a comfortable stay. I spent a week at Adagio Apartments in the Palm Dubai, and the experience was great from arrival. Miss Norhaina welcomed me warmly and looked after me throughout. I had to extend my booking several times during the holiday period, which made it a little tricky, but she handled it efficiently and found exactly what I needed. Her kindness, professionalism, and smile made the stay memorable. Thanks to her and the whole team.

Miss Ella at reception gave us a warm welcome and excellent service, and Mr. Abu Bakar was kind and helpful throughout. The whole team, including the cleaning staff, were helpful and showed up on time each day. They made our stay memorable. Adagio Palm Jumeirah was clean and comfortable, and the location was just right. I'd recommend it and look forward to staying again.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection. If something wasn't there, we could order it separately. Amelia, Liya, and Ester greeted us warmly each morning, and soon they knew just what we liked to eat and drink. They were outstanding. We also got a complimentary upgrade to a spacious room with a balcony. The beach was only a short walk away, and the rooftop pool was a lovely place to cool off. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

The team was welcoming, and the management had a nice touch with the guest of the day chocolate. Our room had the necessary setup, plus unlimited drinking water from the filter system. It's a dry hotel with one restaurant, so there are lots of other options to explore nearby. The location is great for enjoying what Palm West Beach has to offer, and beach access is easy. Food and drinks may take a little while since they're delivered from the hotel.
