Ajay handled the direct booking brilliantly and quickly found the deal that suited us best. Check-in was completely seamless, thanks to the very knowledgeable lady who welcomed us, though I’m embarrassed that I didn’t catch her name. I also forgot the manager’s name, but he remembered us. The Junior Suite is so well planned and comfortable that I could happily live here. Thoughtful touches like flip flops, a beach bag, and really nice toiletries made it an easy staycation. My husband and I could leave the children behind knowing they would be fine and that the Address team had everything covered. I really didn’t want to leave. Maybe next time we’ll bring the kids for more than à night. Thank you to The Address for maintaining such high standards and such a good team.

Address Beach Resort JBR has an amazing setting right by the beach, with beautiful views and a great infinity pool. Our room was spacious, modern, spotless, and arranged with comfort in mind. Breakfast had plenty of delicious choices, while the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. It was a genuinely luxurious stay, and I’d happily return. Highly recommended!

The JBR location is hard to beat, with the beach, dining, shopping, and entertainment all nearby. Inside, Address Beach Residence was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished, with luxurious interiors and impressive views. Arrival was organized and smooth, and the property had excellent amenities throughout. The service went beyond what we expected. We’d gladly stay at Address Beach Residence • JBR again and recommend it to anyone looking for a premium beachfront stay in Dubai.

Living at the residences of Address Beach Resort is very satisfying. The separate residential entrance is convenient, though residents can also enter through the hotel. Shared spaces are generally clean and well maintained, and the upper-floor gym is comfortable and well equipped. The ground-floor café works well for meeting people or having casual meetups. There is also the Guinness World Record–holding pool at the highest level, plus restaurants from the upper floors down to the ground floor, all with fantastic views. Being able to walk over to Bluewaters is another major benefit. Traffic around the area can be heavy and inconvenient at certain times, but it remains a very good residence.

Deliveries at this Tower are seriously difficult. The service lifts are usually crowded because internal staff use them regularly, leaving delivery drivers waiting at least 30-40 minutes just to get upstairs. Orders are late again and again, and many are canceled as a result. The lift in tower 2 has also been out of service for a week without being repaired. This costs both delivery drivers and residents time and money.
