The location is very central and practical, and the pool is usually quiet on a weekday. There’s a partial view toward the golf course, plus a poolside restaurant. It’s a classic place with great staff, a large clean gym without a view, and a spa with okay prices.

DUBIMED hosted a wonderful Iftar, with beautiful surroundings and delicious food and sweets. Everything was organized perfectly, and the evening felt like a five-star experience thanks to a top-tier team.

This was our wedding day and we were the groom’s family, but The Address gave us a terrible experience. We found an insect in the couch, and the reception manager, “Anesh”, showed no customer service skills when we wanted the situation handled. Instead of helping, he kept asking, “What do you want me to do” and “what do you expect me to do”. The amenities were empty and had to be requested. The whole place felt more like a 3 star motel than The Address.

The golf-course teams, especially Cesar, Radan and their colleagues, were always attentive and made sure we were comfortable. Our room was cared for by Ram & Hashni, while Ali & his collegue at reception were helpful throughout. Ravi and Kamrul in the restaurant also gave thoughtful advice whenever we needed it. The welcome was warm, the rooms were beautifully designed, and the restaurant offered refined dishes with plenty of variety. It was an unforgettable stay for golfers, and we’ll come back. The rooms were acceptable and the bathroom amenities were good, but the hotel is quite small and clearly outdated. The desk in our room was slanted, and the hot water barely worked. There was no valet service, and nobody came to guide us when we reached the entrance.
