Address Opera 1205 Downtown

Everything was clean and the rest of the stay generally met our expectations, but the reception experience left a very bad impression. The staff member working at about 11:30 PM on Sunday, April 19 had a poor attitude and behaved unprofessionally. We hope management deals with this, because proper customer service matters a lot.

The location is the only reason I’m giving this 1 star. Our stay at the residence itself was good, but guests shouldn’t expect services from them. Reception was especially disappointing. Around 11:30 AM on Sunday, April 19, the female staff member on duty was very rude and unprofessional, which affected our view of the hotel. Management should address it, since good customer service is important.

I booked a short-term apartment through Qstay Holiday Homes. The building is brand new, right beside Burj Khalifa, and has excellent facilities. There’s a well-equipped gym with personal trainers, a kids club, lounge, pool table, sauna, steam room, and a pool with a great view. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The apartments include 2 and 1 bedroom units with city views, plus 3 bedroom units with Burj Khalifa views.

The building, apartment layouts, and finishing show such careful attention to detail that they deserve an award. Living at the Address Opera T2 has been spectacular, and the staff have made it even better by handling our needs professionally and warmly while patiently explaining the rules. We know them all by name now and feel like part of a vertical family community. Special thanks to Sara and Jake for all your assistance! 🫶
