The location works really well, with everything available nearby, and the view is amazing. It’s a comfortable building to live in, but the gym and swimming pool are old and in very poor shape. Some of the security staff are rude and hardly ever return a greeting like good morning. Management keeps changing the access cards, which gets very annoying.
Hi, I’ve just come from Dubai Arch Tower. The receptionist wearing a face mask answered my questions arrogantly and with a bad attitude. I decided against living there because dealing with someone like that every time I enter the building would really upset me. Please train the staff to treat people nicely.
The apartments are beautiful, with a lovely view. There’s good noise isolation, plus a pool and gym, and it’s close to Dubai Marina.
I’m new here and got lucky with this apartment. It has the best place and best view I’ve ever seen.
I've lived here since 2018, and the place has improved a lot under the new management over the last two years. The shared-bed apartment is still the one issue, though they're trying to get it under control.
