In summer the apartment stays around 27 degrees, and there's nothing you can do about it. The chiller here is really low power, so be careful in the summer.

I've been staying here for a year and a half and love the location. There's a market downstairs that covers nearly all daily needs, and the metro is a 10-minute walk away. The D57 highway connection is 5 minutes away, and I get a great sunrise from my balcony. The only drawback is paying too much.

The apartment is glam and fully furnished, with a couple of supermarkets nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk to the metro, and getting a cab is easy too. I'd love to stay here as long as possible.

The walls are thin enough that you can hear what the neighbors are saying, and some people play music very loudly. I still have an issue with my balcony door because there's no good maintenance person to fix it. You can't properly enjoy the amenities you're paying for either, and they can make you leave the pool in the middle of the day. Even simple things are prohibited there. I'm sorry, but I'm not using a president pool. I wouldn't recommend living here.
