This used to be a good place, but it has become a disaster. Cockroaches infest the garbage chutes, and repeated complaints bring no action. Renovation and construction never seem to stop, with major work often scheduled around Christmas, Diwali, or Eid, leaving the lobby and entrances blocked and unattractive. Maintenance money appears to be used improperly. When ongoing work damages apartment walls, complaints receive the standard response that anything inside the apartment is not their responsibility. The Nakheel management shows no logical thinking. Now it is a combination of Nakheel and Dubai Properties, so even the actual ownership is unclear. Many problems are covered up to attract new buyers. Avoid this place.

Al Anbara Shoreline is a beautiful place with a lovely atmosphere in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

The location is excellent, beside Nakheel Mall, a park, and the beach, and the reception staff are polite and helpful. The problem is the constant post-Covid renovation noise. Drilling and hammering go on all day except Sundays, and there is no way to escape it. One apartment above us has been under renovation for six months and still isn't finished, while another on our floor has just started. Noise travels through the thin walls, the AC, or both. Working from home or trying to sleep during the day would be a nightmare. There are also maintenance problems, including bad AC smells that cleaning may not solve, mold, ants, and no cold water on higher floors in summer. Showers can become boiling hot because the water tank is on the roof.
