Al Badaa Star Residence - Home Stay

I can’t recommend this hotel. The staff were very rude, especially the Black receptionist, who showed no respect toward customers and acted as if he owned the place. The room rent was also increased. Management needs to teach the staff some manners and investigate whether there is an inside arrangement behind the rent increases.

Hassan, the manager, was particularly respectable and always focused on customers’ comfort. The rest of the staff were cooperative too. It’s a quiet, comfortable building with good service and room prices that suit everyone. I’d advise people to book without hesitation.

There was nothing good about this stay for me. The place is cramped and feels more like a motel than a hotel, with poor security, service, and quality. There’s no car park, no exterior hotel sign, and the reception worker seemed unwilling to provide any information. Even for a budget option, I’d go somewhere else.

I had a very bad experience with the customer service. The staff member was so rude and didn’t know how to speak to guests, which made me extremely angry. This happened around 9 pm on Dec 9 when I was asked about getting an ID and passport. Please change this staff member, or more customers will leave angry.
