Shared flats here are seriously overcrowded. It's common to see more than 15-20 people living in one apartment, which feels unsafe and unacceptable. All that sharing makes the building noisy, dirty, and uncomfortable. Management doesn't seem to control it, and the living environment is getting worse for everyone. I strongly wouldn't recommend this place to families or anyone wanting peace and privacy.
The parking is badly managed. Cars are often parked incorrectly, and when I raised it, the security guard showed no concern and did nothing. Management knows about the problem, but still hasn't put a proper solution in place. The lack of control and accountability keeps causing inconvenience and frustration for residents. This needs prompt action and a clear fix.
The area is well developed and the property is in a great spot on Sheikh Zayed Road. Marina beach is across the metro station, about a 15 minute walk away. Customer service deserves credit too, especially Mr. Akmal, who's always there to help when needed.
Mr. Akmal Abdou made paying my apartment maintenance fee quick and hassle-free. He was friendly, responsible, and well informed, with all the information ready when I needed it. I really appreciated his efficient help.
