We’ve lived here for almost two and a half years. The main drawbacks are the limited parking in the building and parking problems in the area. Some tenants aren’t friendly toward kids or dogs. On the plus side, it’s a child-friendly building with a public garden where kids can run and play. Management has proper rules for residents with dogs, and arranges pest control and fire checks regularly. The building is very well maintained, with a top-notch gym, swimming pool, and common hall for personal events. The maintenance team works day in, day out, and will come to do initial checks after a phone call. That’s why it’s one of the best buildings around.

I’ve lived here for more than two and a half years. The building quality is relatively high, especially compared with newer buildings. Maintenance is top-notch, and staff are available around the clock to help however they can.

They don’t have the courage to contact us or reply to our post and deal with the problem. That says it all. Within a year, we had dampness, leaks, and paint problems. The building quality is very poor. The developer withdrew support, saying they weren’t responsible after the sale, which I understand, but these issues shouldn’t arise if quality materials were used. Be careful before investing in Marquis 2020 or any of their other projects. It’s your hard-earned money, and I wouldn’t waste it on buildings of this quality. I lived in the same house in International City for six years. It was 10-15 years old, and I never had damp or leaks like this. They still don’t contact us or respond to our post. This speaks for itself.

For the past 1.5 years, I’ve had water leaking through the wall in the hall and bedroom at [marquis 2020]. It has damaged the wall and keeps getting worse. I’ve repeatedly tried to contact the building management and maintenance team, but the problem is still unresolved. Your team hasn’t even had the courtesy to respond to my review. I ask for immediate intervention to find the source and make the necessary repairs, so there’s no more damage and residents can be safe and comfortable. Please tell me what steps you’ll take and how long repairs will take, and respond promptly. Please look into the poor engineering before branding future projects as luxury living. I hope your team will respond and improve the quality of engineering in future projects.
