Al Bustan Center & Residence Hotel

Even over a long stay, the housekeeping team maintained the same high standard every day. My room was consistently spotless, organized, and welcoming, which made the whole experience much more comfortable and relaxed. Their work was excellent, but their professionalism, friendliness, and respect for my space and schedule stood out just as much. Please thank Mr. Bhupal, his Supervisor Mr. Soney, and Shashank. Their effort made a major difference to my stay.

I came to Bustan Center for business rather than accommodation, and the visit went smoothly. Its biggest strength is that so many useful things are gathered in one place. There are different shops, prayer rooms, several ATMs including ADCB and Emirates NBD, and Ameer Center and other service facilities for handling work quickly. For a short visit, there are also places to eat or get a snack, such as McDonald’s and Baskin Robbins, along with souvenir shops. It’s a practical and convenient spot, especially for visitors and business-related errands.

We’re very happy with our stay at Al Bustan Center. The housekeeping team assigned to our flat is professional, thorough, and consistently keeps us satisfied. Many thanks to Bhupal, Harshika, and the suprivisor Shashank for going above and beyond.

For the last 10 years, I’ve brought family and friends to the Nahda Banquet Hall at Bustan Centre for Iftar. The food has always been excellent, and the chefs, especially Chef Bhupal and Chef Nassir, are simply out of the world. Amin and Supervisor Sathiraj are also very courteous. I highly recommend it for Iftar Parties. The one thing management should address is the interior. It’s too old now and needs serious renovation.
