Getting in from the street and finding parking is easy, and security is strict :) There’s a gym and pool, plus easy shoreline and beach access with a nice view of the Dubai skyline. A very common building for Palm Jumeirah.
Residents get great beach access here. It’s a good place.
Al Hatimi is simply the best apartment building on The Shoreline. The panoramic views are stunning and unobstructed, taking in Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa, Jumeirah, and the whole city skyline.
It’s a super place, though I’m biased since my daughter and her family live there 😁
For me, this is the best Shoreline apartment building. Great air conditioning and good security are its best features.
