The pool area was spacious and had a good vibe, and the pool bar was nice too. We stayed here for a few holiday days and had a really excellent time. Full check-in, spacious clean rooms, and helpful, kind staff. Nishan, haitham and dean from concierge, along with the lobby staff, were approachable and kind.

My spacious, modern room was kept spotless and beautifully refreshed every day, thanks to Tanzeel and Parveen. Their consistency, attention to detail, and friendly manner made coming back to the room such a pleasure. The whole week-long stay at Rotana Al Jaddaf was a 5-star experience for me. From arrival, the staff made me feel welcome, check-in was smooth, and the team handled every request quickly and warmly. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

We spent six weeks at Rotana Al Jaddaf with our family when we first moved to Dubai, and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were practical for a long stay, spacious, and clean. The one small frustration was the kitchen: the hob was a hot plate combined with an oven/microwave, which was a little hard to use. The staff were warm and welcoming, and fantastic with the kids. Anwar, Queen, Dean and Shahnawaz were especially helpful, with Shahnawaz always just a WhatsApp message away. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is modern, clean, and in a perfect location, and we’d definitely come back. We had a wonderful stay at Al Jaddaf Rotana Dubai, with outstanding service from the moment we arrived. Nishan and dean were warm and attentive every morning, and really made us feel welcome. Jameel from valet was incredibly helpful and professional, always greeting us with a smile and making everything easy. Highly recommended.
