The front desk was especially rude, and staff seemed dismissive and uninterested when we had problems. They offered no real help or solutions and made us feel like a nuisance instead of valued guests. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful, making an experience we’d paid good money for miserable. The property looked old and dull, and the location was terrible. The worst part was the repeated disturbance: despite our clearly displayed “Do Not Disturb” sign, staff knocked early in the morning and interrupted our sleep. When we answered and politely asked them not to knock again until we were awake, they ignored us and called multiple times. It felt as if they were deliberately making things difficult.

The Gem garden restaurant staff, especially Mr.Zakir, made us feel special and worked hard to keep guests happy. Their excellent service was a highlight of our two-week stay. Our room was cleaned to a high standard every day, and we enjoyed the range of food at breakfast and dinner. The hotel was central to the main attractions. From arrival to departure, the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. This was our first stay here, and we were very happy with the room. We’d have no hesitation recommending this lovely hotel. Thank you to Mr.Zakir and the friendly staff.

Jamila’s friendly, positive energy made check-in a lovely start to my stay. The service here really stands out, and the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and well furnished. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes’ walk from the Mall of the Emirates, and the prices feel reasonable for the quality. I’m having a wonderful first visit and already know it won’t be my last. Highly recommended.

The employees were polite and friendly, and the service was perfect. I liked my stay overall, though the breakfast food wasn’t really to my taste. There’s a pool with sunbeds, free for hotel guests. The hotel isn’t near the beach, though, so if you’re coming to Dubai mainly to sunbathe and swim a lot, it may not be the best fit. I think it’s especially suited to Indian, Pakistan and Arabian tourists, but it might feel unusual for European visitors. Thanks to the staff for the good service. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
