We'd booked and paid for the apartment in advance, but after travelling to Dubai from another country, we arrived and were told the booking had been cancelled. They moved us to a different apartment that was a downgrade, with about a 500 dollar difference. Then they stopped replying and getting back to us. We deserve to be reimbursed for the difference. One of the worst experiences I could have had.
