The location makes it easy to get around: Etihad metro station is very close and serves as a transfer station, so sights like Palm Jumairah, Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall, Dubai International Convention Centre, and Ferrari World Yas Island are easy to reach. There's also great biryani a two-minute walk south. People around here, many of them immigrant workers including Indians and Filipinos, were friendly to tourists. My wife and I felt safe the whole time, despite how the neighborhood may look. It's an old hotel in an old neighborhood, and the area isn't fancy. Still, it felt like a real experience compared with the touristy version of the city. If you just need a decent bed and shower, it's a good place to stay.

Mrs wesal at reception was kind and helpful. The location is perfect for my office, though the room could use more cleaning. It was okay otherwise.

I needed somewhere for one night near the airport, and this was very convenient, close to bus stops and the metro. My room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The reception guys welcomed me warmly and gave me fruit and water, which I really appreciated. I had a great visit last night. Thank you!

I saw cockroaches moving around the room and bathroom, and what looked like bedbugs too. There was dirt and dust everywhere, and the place didn't seem to get cleaned at all. This place is a disaster. I can't recommend it to anyone and would stay far away.

Aniket looked after us really well. He was polite and gave us all the information we asked for, and his service was the best treatment we received. The hotel is great for the price, we're fully satisfied, and we'll definitely visit again.
