The rooms were clean and spacious, and for the price it may be an okay option. But service was a letdown. Check-in took over 30 minutes, and checkout took another 30 because of a 7 dirham difference between what they charged and what I was meant to pay. They could have just waived it. Breakfast is a la carte and was very poor. I waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order, and the eggs arrived undercooked.

The rooftop pool and gym have a great view. We had a really pleasant stay with great service from Naima and Gefni, and the location was great too. Would recommend it.

Everything was well maintained and the amenities were complete. The staff were accommodating, especially Honey Mae, who made sure we got what we requested at check-in. Checkout was helpful too, and even the lifeguards were friendly. It was my first time staying here and I had a great experience. I’ll definitely come back, highly recommended.

What a memorable evening, everything was outstanding. Shanti was warm and attentive, Johes made delicious dishes, and Chef Jamsheed gave us an incredible food experience. Thank you!

Our room and bed were very comfortable, and the hotel handled our urgent, unexpected circumstances with real professionalism and support. The staff were kind, helpful, and efficient throughout. Arshid deserves a mention for doing such a great job with housekeeping, though the whole team was excellent. We also enjoyed the food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with plenty of variety. The spa, pool, and gym were good. The gym is on the small side, but its equipment is high quality. The jacuzzi was amazing and the sauna was top-notch. I’d absolutely recommend Al Khoory Atrium Hotel and would return.
