For professionals and small families who care about build quality and being able to get around on foot, Al Majara is a popular choice. Emaar developed this five-building complex right along the Dubai Marina promenade, with high-end finishes and a prime location. It’s often called one of Dubai Marina’s crown jewels.

There’s plenty of visitor parking here, which is hard to come by in such a busy part of the marina. The community is welcoming even if you’re only stopping by for an event or party. The complex has five blocks and sits at the peak of the marina. The buildings are well maintained, and the views are spectacular. Almost all the rooms look out over the marina walk. A convenient, comfortable spot to enjoy the marina lifestyle.

Emaar at its best. I love the apartment interiors and the view of Marina Marsa, and the windows keep the noise out. One of the best places to live in Marina!
